Like most people, we’ve already had enough of the cold weather and long, dark evenings. It’s that time of year when we all start thinking ahead to booking a summer holiday, but what if you’re lacking inspiration for where to go & what to do 2020?
We’ve met some wonderful people over the years, many of whom have been kind enough to give us some great feedback. Some guests have been solo travellers or decided upon an adventure for two. For others, it’s been a great change to make memories for the whole family.
So if you’re looking for ideas for what to do in Cornwall in 2020, or perhaps you fancy going further afield to the Isles of Scilly, why not take a look at what they have to say…
Mika and his family joined us from Finland… “We (a family of four) had a wonderful week exploring the Cornish coast and the Isles of Scilly. Each anchoring/destination was more beautiful than the previous. Our kids had [a] great time at the beaches, restaurants and cafes. Destinations were child friendly and Cyprian (skipper of the yacht) was very considerate and the kids liked him. Lots of variety to choose from, in many aspects. Would definitely do this again, highly recommended charter company.”
Emma gave us 5 stars after her trip on Yemaya… “Amazing experience on board this superb yacht. Had the best time ever – sailing her was magical. Nothing was too much trouble for the skipper. The yacht was extremely comfortable and didn’t feel cramped at all. You should def [sic] book this as a lovely experience.”
Alice booked some time aboard Louise for a bareboat charter with her young family… “We had a lovely family time aboard Louise in Helford and Fowey. Great sailing conditions and lots of fun places to explore with the kids. Thanks Cyprian, can’t wait for next time.”
Kim treated her husband Craig to a 3 day charter break for his 40th birthday. He said “It was something I’ve always wanted to try. We were not sure what to expect as this was our first time sailing at sea. I wanted to be involved in the sailing part but thought it would be minimal – Cyprian is a top man and really made it a weekend to remember so welcoming and let me get involved from steering to raising the sails, while my wife chilled admiring the cornish coastline and dolphin spotting. My advice if you’re thinking about it is just book, it’s brilliant. A big thanks for a memory-making weekend.”
